To empower and assist women who are undergoing breast cancer treatment and all survivors of breast cancers.
To offer a unique support environment along with creative wellness programs designed to inspire and encourage cancer patients and survivors to be proactive about their health both during and after treatment.
Our group is run by volunteers, many of whom are themselves survivors who can understand the physical and emotional challenges associated with cancer.
While we are not a medical or care facility and we do not advocate specific practices or practitioners, we seek to share information and options in nutrition, exercise, education and support. We are here to help each woman navigate her own personal journey and let her know that she is not alone.
Through our free photography sessions and other means, we help women feel better about their unique selves, find renewed purpose during and after treatment, and live long, healthy, happy lives.
Nadia says, “As a breast cancer survivor myself, I easily network to cross promote with other local organizations helping women with breast cancer, such as existing groups in Tucson that offer free makeup sessions, wigs, etc. There is currently no free photography in Tucson for women with breast cancer or survivors. Our goal is to fulfill this need.”
