WARRIORS It’s behind me. Early morning reconstructive surgery #4 at Surgery Center at River Road w Dr Craig Hurst. Hoping it’s my last surgery. Success on legal drugs for pain for a few days ,for me they also work as sleeping pills
Yes reconstructive surgery #4 One year from hell included 12 months of chemo, half way through had surgery #1 mastectomy lymph nodes removal (3 hours) followed by second surgeon doing a flap over an expander on chopped off right breast (3 hours) total 6 hours of surgeries followed by another 6 months of Herceptin chemo and radiation and expansions then surgery #2 replacement of expander with implant.
A few months later surgery #3 implant in the left breast to match right fake boob 2 years later due to radiation skin on right fake boob was tightening while implant on left breast pulling down so yesterday was surgery #4 replacement of both implants removal of as much breast tissue in left breast without killing the nipple and add fat from stomach to right fake boob to make it softer in other words replacing breast tissue 70% of fat will end up staying the other 30% will shrink he also filled up gaps under my arms due to lymph nodes removal So now day 1 after surgery I’m healing
Breast cancer is a battle that’s for sure. January 2020 will mark 4 years cancer free. Everyone was shocked that I take ZERO medication just keep saying I take my supplements and my CBD and my monthly IVC @ Dr Uzick my naturopath oh and I’m also 3 years VEGAN plant based diet.
